MICRON Software Suite (MSS) is a single application, with an intuitive user experience, to capture, review, annotate, and export images and data. See the live camera view, adjust exposure and focus, select filters, and capture images, videos, and OCT scans. Works with multiple modalities (fundus, OCT, laser, slit lamp and fERG) to provide a single integrated workflow.

MICRON Software Suite allows you to:

Add Tags: Add user defined data tags to subject animals, imaging sessions, and images. Tags become structured metadata in exports, enabling improved correlation and regression analysis
Segment OCT images: Use built-in Ai/ML algorithms, trained on rodent retinas, to speed OCT segmentation, without launching a separate application
Share Across Labs: Easily share one MICRON system with multiple labs, including grouping subject animal and experiment data by lab
Focus Quickly: Auto-focus and auto-illumination let the software quickly adjust focus and illumination to speed image capture
Record Settings (Presets): Automatically capture system settings with each
image (on MICRON 5), such as focus, illumination, and filters to improve analysis and experiment repeatability
Copy Images to MICRON^® Review Station: Perform all the review and export operations of MSS on your laptop or workstation, away from the lab
